Tano-Shingo is a chiropractor as well as a comedian. He runs a chiro clinic called "Iya-Shingo", and one of their hot chiropractors appeared on 'Waratte iitomo".

'Iya-Shingo produced by Tano-Shingo' is a chiropractic clinic by Tano-Shingo. A female client from 'Iya-Shingo' has nominated one of the chiropractors as a 'hot chiropractor' for "Japan's Hottest Shop Staff Contest".

Kigawa, who was labeled as 'Soothing handsome guy recognized by Tano-Shingo' is indeed very handsome with six packs, and Nozomi Sasaki was impressed by him. According to the woman who nominated him, he is a skilled chiropractor. He is also very popular among female clients and he often receives gifts from them. Kigawa said he has received chokers, flowers and cakes for his birthday.

Kigawa also did the impression of 'a hamster eating food by Tano-Shingo' as well as the 'dodosuko dance'. Apparently, he was taught these performances by Tano-Shingo.

He brought a staff picture of 'Iya-Shingo', and there are two female and two male chiropractors working there. It is often asked whether Tano-Shingo who has become so popular on TV has time to practice as a chiropractor. However, there are many skilled chiropractors like Kigawa even when Tano-Shingo is not there.
